From the Liber Lapidum written in Egypt in the Greco-Roman era:

The necklace was worked entirely by hand by Magal in our goldsmith's workshop in Vicenza.

Dimensions: the necklace is 42 cm long, the centre piece is approximately 1.3x1.3 cm.
